As the Office Manager, Ina brings years of experience in customer service and a deep understanding of the needs of seniors. She plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized and efficient, while always making sure clients feel comfortable, respected, and well taken care of.

Outside of work, Ina enjoys exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and spending time on anything creative—especially drawing and cooking.

With a background in both elementary and middle school education, as well as experience in customer service, Ericka brings a patient, kind, and thoughtful approach to every interaction. She is passionate about going above and beyond to meet the needs of those she works with, always striving to create a positive and supportive experience.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her hiking, biking, reading a good book, or spending time with her two boys and her extended family. Ericka believes in the importance of connection, understanding, and showing up for people—both professionally and personally.

Michaele is an Agent Relations Specialist with a background in healthcare and a passion for helping others succeed. She brings warmth, organization, and a personal touch to every agent she supports.

Outside of work, Michaele loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She's happiest outdoors hiking a trail, lost in a good book, sketching with a pencil in hand, or listening to her favorite playlists.

Jake is our Social Media Specialist. He’s got a talent for turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping gold. Whether he’s whipping up engaging posts, editing eye-catching videos, brainstorming wild content ideas, or designing graphics that make the algorithm do a double-take, he’s a great asset to our team.

When he’s not busy breaking the internet, Jake is spending time with his amazing wife and their one awesome kid. In his spare time, you’ll often find him playing football, longboarding, or staying up way too late experimenting with design ideas that “just need one more tweak”.

She believes that "customer service" isn't just about answering questions—it's about building lasting connections and providing the peace of mind that our seniors deserve.

Outside of work:
When she’s not busy elevating the client experience, she is likely exploring new scenic spots. She has a deep appreciation for classic, timeless style and loves finding beauty in the details. Above all, she values the importance of showing up for people with kindness and a polished, professional touch.

Jette supports agents by helping them complete onboarding and credentialing smoothly and correctly.

She enjoys making complex processes easier to understand so agents can focus on helping their clients with confidence.

Outside of work, Jette enjoys reading and learning about policies that can change the world, traveling to experience different cultures, and spending quality time with her family. She approaches everything she does with curiosity and care.

As a Client Experience Specialist, Kai brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work.

With a background in sociology and international development, she values connection, kindness, and helping create an environment where clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for.

Kailynn enjoys painting, cooking, traveling, and finding any excuse to get outside especially when sunshine and a little adventure are involved.

Jayden works as a Client Experience Specialist, bringing experience in tech support, device repair, and customer service.

His background has helped him develop a strong ability to walk users through complex systems and processes. In his current role, he focuses on making client interactions smoother and ensuring policy information is communicated clearly and accurately to improve the overall service experience.

In his free time, Jayden enjoys reading, playing guitar, and spending time with friends and family. When he needs to get away, he usually heads out for a drive finding joy in the open roads and canyon roads.

Judy brings a strong background in healthcare and medical billing, along with valuable experience in customer service.

She enjoys working with patients, their families, and insurance, and is passionate about helping others meet their needs.

Outside of work, Judy loves spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She’s happiest when she’s lost in a good book, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors, especially in the mountains.

Sam works as a Recruiter and Account Manager, dedicated to helping agents grow, develop, and achieve success in their careers. He enjoys supporting both new and seasoned agents, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to reach their full potential. What he values most about his role is the opportunity to work closely with people and help them grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his awesome wife and staying active. He has a strong passion for soccer, whether he’s playing or watching whenever he can. He also enjoys longboarding as a way to unwind, get outdoors, and keep moving at a more relaxed pace.
